Background
Dr. Timothy W. Mackey's path to medicine began with a commitment to service for our country. Raised in a small town in eastern Kentucky, he served as a non-commissioned officer in the U.S. Army before pursuing his lifelong goal of becoming a physician.
He earned his medical degree from Ohio University's Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001 and completed his residency in Internal Medicine in St. Petersburg, Florida. For more than 20 years, Dr. Mackey has cared for patients with a focus on building lasting relationships and providing thoughtful, individualized medical care. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a diverse community with compassion and clear communication.

Dr. Mackey's practice is built
on internal medicine, with specific focus and certification in anti-aging
medicine and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. He also holds
certification in growth-hormone-releasing peptide therapies, supporting NovaGenix's

His clinical approach emphasizes treating the whole patient — using bloodwork
